Hosting model. Free bots run as a process on your own machine; we never see your broker creds. Paid bots run as per-bot Fly Machines in us-east, with broker tokens KMS-encrypted in our DB — DB compromise alone doesn't leak tokens.
Refunds. Pro-rated within 14 days of the most recent charge if you haven't executed live trades. After that, cancel any time and you keep access through the end of your billing period.
No lock-in. Every bot you create is exportable as a YAML profile + state snapshot; downgrade migrates them back to local where you can keep running them forever on the free tier.
