Hosting model.Free bots run as a process on your own machine; we never see your broker creds. Paid bots run as per-bot Fly Machines in us-east, with broker tokens KMS-encrypted in our DB — DB compromise alone doesn't leak tokens.
Refunds.Pro-rated within 14 days of the most recent charge if you haven't executed live trades. After that, cancel any time and you keep access through the end of your billing period.
No lock-in.Every bot's config is exportable as a YAML profile + state snapshot. If you cancel, your existing bots keep running until the end of the paid period; after that, they fall under free-tier rules (1 tick/hour, 30-day grace window before deletion unless re-upgraded).
